š Visualise your life in weeks
"Sometimes life seems really short, and other times it seems impossibly long. But this chart helps to emphasize that it's most certainly finite. Those are your weeks and they're all you've got." - Tim Urban.

Hey there š,
For me, this week has been insane and the meme at the end will give you some insight into why š .

ā¤ļø Life in Weeks

Built by Cory Zue, Life in Weeks is a beautiful web app that lets you visualise how time passes through a series of graphs which represent the weeks in your life. You can then add special moments and events that happened in your life which will be showcased in your visualisation. Some key features include:
Visual Timeline: Display your life week by week, encompassing past, present, and future, to gain insights into time utilization.
Life Periods: Assign colors to different life phasesāsuch as childhood, education, careers, and residencesāto highlight their impact.
Events: Emphasize notable moments like achievements, transitions, and travels, making each memory visible on your timeline.
Rich Details: Enhance your timeline with detailed notes on events and periods, accessible by hovering over any week.
Event Collections: Automatically incorporate birthdays, historical events, and curated collections to see how personal milestones align with broader occurrences.
Data Export: Export your timeline to YAML for editing and backup, ensuring your data remains accessible and under your control.
Sharing Options: Share your timeline via personalized links, embed it on websites, or keep it private, depending on your preferences.
Evolving Timeline: Update your timeline as life unfolds, adding new events or revisiting past memories, creating a dynamic representation of your journey.
This is also the first app on LaunchWeek which was built with Python and the Django framework. This was made possible through SaaS Pegasus. Cory is currently working on internationalisation (i18n) to support more languages. He also plans to enhance multi-life support and expand the default event collections, making them more geography-specific. However, the roadmap is primarily driven by user feedback.
